這類的有關校園環境問題的題目算是ETS滿常出現的校園題目之一，同樣是清掃環境就有可能是提出關於自願者的提案、也可能是學校要求學生等等，如果能把握住閱讀和聽力的關鍵字，其實托福口說第三大題算是比較好攻略的一個大題。

托福口說測驗 Task3例題 (2)  

校園公告可能出現的內容就比較多，但是要注意是再閱讀的校園公告內容可能與聽力中對話人物的意見不一定完全相符，所以這時候關鍵就會再與聽力部分，因為通常對話者會提出贊同或反對的意見，尤其要注意聽力中對話者的語調，因為有時語調的差異就可能影響立場。
